Venue
external page Hotel Schatzalp is located 300 m above Davos at an altitude of 1861 m. The Art Nouveau building with its Belle Époque atmosphere opened its doors in 1900 as a luxury sanatorium. The soul of the house, its architecture, has been preserved in its original form until today.

How to get there
Public transportation
We recommend using public transportation. The journey from Zurich to Schatzalp takes about two and a half hours. You can take a train to Landquart and then change to the train bound to "Davos Platz". From there it is either a 10-minute walk (see map) or a short local bus ride to the valley station of the Schatzalp funicular.
The fare of the funicular is included in the accommodation at the hotel - you do not need to buy a ticket for the funicular to and from Schatzalp.

Arrival by car
If you are travelling by car, please drive to the Schatzalp funicular station and ask the hotel staff for further information.
A limited number of parking spaces are available at Davos-Platz (outdoor parking in the valley). The cost is CHF 20.00 per night per car, to be paid by the participant. Reservations must be made in advance at Hotel Schatzalp (phone +41 (0)81 415 51 51).
