General Information
Information on the registration process, talks and poster session can be found below.
Registration
The pre-registration is managed by the PIs of the Quantum Center. They can propose up to six potential participants of the General Meeting until March 15. Then the organizers will make sure that all groups of the Quantum Center are represented accurately at the meeting.
The binding registration is done through a link sent to all confirmed participants in April. The deadline for the registration is April 30.
The following costs are covered by the Quantum Center
- Accommodation at the hotel from June 24 (arrival date) to June 26 (departure date). We have reserved single and double rooms. Since single rooms are limited, they are reserved for senior participants.
- All meals, Conference Dinner (including the ticket for the funicular), coffee breaks and welcome aperitif.
Posters
We encourage the participants of the General Meeting to bring a poster, especially those who do not give a talk. Please submit your poster title by May 24 using the poster submission link provided in the invitation to register. Please note that the poster size should be A0 upright. We will provide pinboards, tape, and other necessary materials.
Poster Flash
During the Poster Flash, which will take place immediately prior to the Poster Session, poster presenters will have one minute and one PowerPoint slide to introduce their work. If you are bringing a poster, please prepare your slide using the template provided and submit it to by June 14.
Poster Prize
A Poster Prize will be awarded to the two best posters, taking into account both the Poster Flash presentation and the presentation of the poster during the Poster Session. The winners will be announced at the end of the General Meeting.
